Grassy Meadow Farm in Woodbury, CT is a family-owned farm specializing in garlic, beets, and select vegetables. We prioritize sustainable practices to produce fresh, high-quality veggies for local markets, specialty stores, and our signature Beet Relish products.

We grow both garlic and beets using sustainable and organic farming methods, with a focus on preserving the soil's health and promoting biodiversity. We use a combination of traditional and modern farming techniques to ensure the best quality crops, including drip irrigation, an integrated pest management program, and composting.
